Reiki Level 1 is a weekend intensive covering chakra foundations, energetic alignment, attunements, and hand positions. It starts at $550, with payment plans available. Reiki Master training starts at $750 and includes master-level attunements, teaching practices, and personalized mentorship in the traditional Usui lineage.
Many of our students are therapists, bodyworkers, and practitioners adding reiki to the care they already offer.

Our reiki sessions are $150. Sound healing runs $250 to $350. Reiki Level 1 starts at $550, and Reiki Master training starts at $750. Coaching pricing follows a complimentary discovery call. We publish session pricing upfront because clarity is part of the care.

Reiki, sound healing, and breathwork are complementary to therapy, not a substitute. They work with the body directly: the nervous system, the breath, the energetic field. Our Beyond Talk sessions are for people who have done the talk-therapy work and want a body-based next step. We are not licensed therapists and do not diagnose or treat any mental-health condition.
You arrive at our Melrose loft, have tea, and share what is present for you. You stay fully clothed on a table. Jaime or Yonatan places hands on or above the body, following a systematic sequence. Most clients feel warmth, tingling, or deep calm. Sessions run 60 to 75 minutes.
Yes. Our Integrative Coaching Session folds Pilates, breathwork, intuitive coaching, and reiki into one 75-minute container. Sound healing can also be added or booked separately as a 60 to 90 minute session with Yonatan.
Yes. We specialize in supporting therapists, coaches, and caregivers whose own nervous systems are depleted. Our Nourished Healer program is a five-month intensive for practitioners experiencing burnout, with in-person and virtual options.
