Cancellation and refund policy
We keep this simple and we keep it honest. If something here is unclear, text us at (775) 618-5531 and we will answer plainly.
Sessions
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. We will find you another time.
Inside 24 hours, the session is charged. Not as a penalty. That time was held for you, and it is rarely possible to fill it on short notice.
Life happens, and we know the difference between a pattern and a hard week. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, tell us.
Packages and coaching containers
Payments are due on schedule regardless of whether every session in that period is used.
Once a package or container has begun, payments are non-refundable, including for any unused portion. If you need to stop, let us know in writing and we will stop future billing.
We would always rather talk before you decide. If the work is not landing, that is worth a conversation, and it is a conversation we welcome.
Reiki trainings
Trainings are non-refundable.
If something comes up and you cannot attend, your payment transfers to a future training date. You do not lose it.
We keep these circles to six people, so a place held is a place no one else could take. Tell us as early as you can and we will move you to the next one.
Self-paced programs
Self-paced programs are non-refundable once you have accessed the material. The content is delivered to you the moment you buy it, so once it is in your hands, it is yours.
If you bought a program, have not opened it, and it turns out not to be the right fit, email us and we will sort it out.
If we need to cancel
If we ever have to cancel on you, you choose: reschedule at no cost, or a full refund of that session.
If we cancel a training, you receive a full refund or a place in the next circle, whichever you would rather have.
