What is reiki healing, and how does it work?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and eases tension in the body. A practitioner places hands lightly on or above the body, working with the energy field to support chakra flow, ease energetic blockages, and help the nervous system settle out of fight-or-flight. Most clients feel calmer, lighter, and more present after one session.
Reiki is a complementary therapy. It works alongside medical and mental-health care, not instead of it. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.

Most energy healers in LA sell one modality per session. We do not. Every session integrates four areas at once, because your body does not compartmentalize, and neither do we.

Classical Pilates-informed grounding to help you feel present and strong before deeper energy work begins.

Jaime is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Somatic Facilitator, with 10+ years supporting clients across Los Angeles. Yonatan is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Classical Pilates Instructor, with 30 years of musical and vibrational study. Both trained in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage.

You stay fully clothed throughout. Touch is light and consensual, and hands-off work is equally effective. Wear comfortable layers. If you have a preference for distance-only work, just tell us before we start.
