Who We Are

Who are the founders of Word of Mouth?

Jaime and Yonatan Elkayam are the co-founders of Word of Mouth in West Hollywood. They are a married couple who built one studio and one practice together, not two separate businesses that share a sign. Jaime leads energy healing, somatic facilitation, breathwork, and relationship coaching. Yonatan leads sound healing, Classical Pilates, and the vibrational and musical dimension of the work. For over ten years they have supported therapists, healers, creatives, couples, and conscious individuals across Los Angeles from the same Melrose loft.

Jaime and Yonatan are Certified Reiki Master Teachers, certified breathwork facilitators, and coaches. They are not licensed therapists or medical professionals. Reiki, sound healing, and breathwork are complementary to medical and mental-health care. If you are in active treatment, they work alongside your provider, never in place of them.

Energy Healing Specialist · Co-Founder

Certified Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui lineage, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Facilitator, and Relationship and Life Coach, with a movement and nutrition background. Jaime is trauma-aware and nervous-system-centered, pacing each session to meet you exactly where you are rather than where a script says you should be. She reads the room and adjusts in real time, which is why clients return for years.

Creative Energy Artist · Co-Founder

Certified Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui lineage, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Classical Pilates Instructor, with 30 years of musical and vibrational study. Yonatan leads sound healing with singing bowls, gongs, tamboura, piano, vocals, chimes, and drums. His background as a musician means he senses what is actually present in the room, then works with it directly. He teaches attunements at every training level.

One studio, one marriage, one practice

Word of Mouth grew out of a simple idea: the whole self does its healing in one room, not in separate appointments. Jaime and Yonatan brought their two disciplines under one roof, and for more than ten years that Melrose loft has been home base for the work.

They are not a spa. They are not a meditation app. They are two practitioners who show up together, every session, and weave breath, body, energy, and coaching into a single unhurried container. Their own partnership is the living practice behind everything they teach.
