Couples energy healing is a private session in which both partners receive Reiki, sound healing, and somatic support at the same time, held by two practitioners working in the same room. The goal isn't to talk through the relationship in the moment. It's to help both of your nervous systems settle together, so the conversation that follows is different from the ones you've already had.
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes and are shaped around where you are as a couple. Couples energy healing is complementary to, and not a replacement for, couples therapy or licensed mental-health care. Jaime and Yonatan are not licensed therapists, and this session is not couples therapy.
